Total-CVs agrees to refund you, the customer, in full if you are not offered an interview within four weeks of paying for a CV writing service. All we ask is that you simply provide us with evidence that you have applied for at least 10 jobs over the course of 28 days and that your skills & experience were suitable in each case. Please note that this offer only applies to certain packages as stated on the package description.

When we are writing your CV our consultants will do their utmost to make sure you are completely satisfied with what you see. In most cases we are more than happy to make changes to our clients CV's during the writing process but this is subject to certain conditions and Total-CVs discretion. All changes to draft your CV order or approval of your CV must be submitted by email only.

If we have not heard from you in regards to your CV within 28 days of acceptance we will automatically deem your order to be closed with satisfaction. Once a completed order has been accepted or the 28 days has elapsed any further changes requested may incur additional charges. Which charges are incurred will be dealt with on an individual bases and at the discretion of Total-CVs management.
